it’s not called “city and go see a movie”
August 13, 2006
Friday night was a down night for me…so I got the urge to rent a movie, which I haven’t done in forever. I ended up watching my second movie, Shopgirl, yesterday after getting off work. I knew it had to be good b/c it had Jason Schwartzman in it…let’s all face it, he’s uh-maze-ing. I went into the movie knowing nothing about it, except who played in it. So, I was really excited to see how it played out. I really loved the movie. It was weird seeing Steve Martin in a serious roll like that, but it definitely fit him. As for Jason Schwartzman’s character, Jeremy:

…hands down my favorite character in any movie EVER made. They couldn’t have chosen a better actor for that role. I mean, I love it. I could go on for hours about his character and well…him. He was just hilarious, off the wall, and I want to meet him in real life.
Now…go watch Shopgirl and fall in love with Jeremy too.
trendiness is a state of fashion.

I have jumped on the band wagon. I still don’t know how I feel about blogs, yet here I am…writing in one. I somehow always get coerced into joining. I should forewarn you, I’m not a good writer, so don’t expect much. I’m a completely average person living a completely average life in a completely average way.
It’s been a while since I have updated any of my friends on what’s going on with me. So, here’s a little picture recap of my summer, thus far. Enjoy.
